All participants will begin on the same day and make their way through the challenge together both with Taro and with each other.

Taro will concentrate your efforts on 3 specific areas in order for you to experience as much transformation as possible over the course of the challenge.
Coordination and Breathing
15~20 minutes per day
Day 1
Discovering how to improve coordination between your head and torso
Day 2
Improving comfort while sitting through accessing your pelvic clock
Day 3
Tuning into your left and right hand side through proper breathing techniques
Legs & Rotation
15~20 minutes per day
Day 4
Establishing a connection between your legs to your head while lying down
Day 5
Increasing your turning range of motion to allow for ease and flexibility in your day to day
Day 6
Learn to move lightly while using the ground as a counterbalancing force
Lying Down & Chairwork
15~20 minutes per day
Day 7
Flowing into your back using only the power of your breath
Day 8
Improve your ability to get into and out of seated positions and chairs
Day 9
Learn to organize your head, torso and and legs while lying down with proper alignment and stability
Day 10
Improve alignment while in a more active quadruped (all fours) position
