All participants will begin on the same day and make their way through the challenge together both with Taro and with each other.

By the end you'll be showing up just as much for them as much as yourself.
Taro will concentrate your efforts on 4 specific phases in order for you to experience as much transformation as possible over the course of the challenge.
Day 1 - 3: Realigning Pelvis
These first 3 days will get you thinking the right way about your pelvis in relation to your overall posture and get you to explore your pelvic clock and its relationship to your spine and head.
Day 4 - 8: Mobilizing shoulders and mid-back
This next phase will focus on mobilizing your upper torso. Your spine, shoulders and mid-back will undergo a process to allow for better movement and range of motion.
Day 9 - 11: Mobilizing hips
Although it may seem strange, focusing on the lower portion of your body is also key to improving your overall posture as it forms the foundation for your entire body.
Day 12 - 14: Integrating the whole body
This final phase will have you work your entire body in unison to internalize everything you've just done. These challenges will build on the foundation you've created and focus on entire body movement.
Completing this challenge won't be easy but if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you.
