Day 7: Cross-Check – See how your mood aligns with your activities
Day 10: Thought Reframe – Practice shifting unhelpful thoughts
Each day is short (around 5–10 minutes), but powerful.
You’ll listen to a short audio, complete a small task, and check in. And I’ll be there — keeping an eye on your progress, sending encouragement, and helping you stay consistent.It’s structured enough to make real change happen, and light enough that it won’t feel overwhelming.
