TOP 10 TIPS

1. Talk about outcomes, not just the program.People don’t buy a “14-day challenge” — they buy feeling calmer, sleeping better, or getting unstuck. Use language like:“I’ve created something to help you actually feel less anxious in just 10 minutes a day.”

2. Send 3–5 emails (not just one). Most people won’t take action the first time they hear about it. Follow our 5-email sequence to build curiosity, explain the value, and create urgency. Each one plays a different role — together, they convert.

3. Show up on social 3x before your start date.Post 3 times:Once to tease the ideaOnce to explain the structureOnce as a final reminder (“we start Monday!”)It doesn’t need to be fancy. Just real, honest, and consistent.

4. Use your voice — literally.Post a video or audio note introducing the challenge. Let people hear your tone and warmth. Even 20 seconds can dramatically increase trust and curiosity.

5. Make it personal.Explain why you created this. Share something from your practice or life that inspired the challenge. People are drawn to vulnerability and sincerity.

6. Use direct messages. When someone likes or comments on your post, send them a quick DM:“Hey! Thanks for the support — I think you might really enjoy this challenge I’m running. Want me to send you the details?”This works. Every time.

7. Mention it in sessions. If you're still seeing clients, mention the challenge in person:“There’s a new tool I’m offering that can help reinforce what we’ve been working on — want me to send you the link?”Some of your best participants will be your current or past clients.

8. Resend to non-openers.If you’re sending emails through Mailchimp or another tool, resend the best-performing email a few days later to people who didn’t open. Use a different subject line. You'll usually get 20–30% more opens.

9. Create urgency — but with warmth.Remind people this is a cohort. Everyone starts together.“We start Monday — I’d love to have you in this round.”A little time pressure helps them take action.

10. Believe in the value of what you’re offering. This isn’t a sales trick. It’s a real, therapist-guided experience that can help people feel better. The more you believe that, the more comfortable and natural it’ll feel to share it.

Subject: Reduce Anxiety Each Day (It’s Easier Than You Think)
Hi [First Name],

A few people asked what’s actually inside the 14-Day Anxiety Program, so I thought I’d give you a quick preview. Here’s a sample of what you’ll be doing:
Day 1: Mood Thermometer – Learn to gauge and track your anxiety
Day 3: Plan a Pleasant Event – Set something to look forward to
Day 5: Energy Budget – Notice what drains you vs. what fuels you
Day 7: Cross-Check – See how your mood aligns with your activities
Day 10: Thought Reframe – Practice shifting unhelpful thoughts

Each day is short (around 5–10 minutes), but powerful.

You’ll listen to a short audio, complete a small task, and check in. And I’ll be there — keeping an eye on your progress, sending encouragement, and helping you stay consistent. It’s structured enough to make real change happen, and light enough that it won’t feel overwhelming.

Subject: Why I created this 14-day program
Hi [First Name],

I created this 14-day anxiety program because I kept seeing the same thing happen:People make great progress in therapy — but life gets busy, and it’s hard to maintain momentum once the regular sessions stop.If we’ve worked together before, or you’ve followed my work, you already know the tools.

What you might be missing is the structure and accountability to use them consistently. This program bridges that gap. It’s short, focused, and backed by the same CBT principles I use in practice — but in a format that fits into your life, not the other way around. And because I check in on your progress every day, you’re not doing this alone.
